I am currently in 4th place in the BIG PUSH competition on American Idol Undeground. (idolunderground.com). You can vote for "Where is He" once a day.

Also, "WHERE IS HE" was just added to the Radio Charts on Indieheaven.com. You can vote for the song by going to www.indieheaven.com and clicking on the orange radio tower in the middle of the home page. Go down the charts and look for 'WHERE IS HE" and click on it. Once it begins playing, click the five stars directly to the right of the song name located at the very top of the chart.

Hey Guys!
Just wanted to let you know of a couple really neat things that are happenin. The first thing is, "God Sees" is on the Indieheaven.com radio charts stayin' strong at number 7. It can climb higher by your voting for it, so go vote! The coolest thing is that the radio chart on Indieheaven.com is featured in the CRW magazine "Hot 20" Indie countdown and is sent to all the radio stations throughout the nation! So it's possible the song could be played near you if enough people call and request it...

The other good news is that "God Sees' has been chosen to be on the Indie Disc, ("I-Disc") and the Singles Disc (S-Disc) that will be sent out during the Gospel Music Award week in Nashville as part of the GMA Special Showcase week!

Often times I perceive things about the world of the wealthy that seem absolutely amazing and stimulating. "Brilliant! I want to have those things", I think to myself.

My perception of the lives of the rich and affluent is that it is never boring. My reality is that wealth makes people happy.

The problem is when I have money, I stress about it. I hang on to it. I think it makes me a much greedier person. When I don't have a lot of money, I tend to think, "I'll be okay. God will provide..." And He does... always has.

I believe that the law of the "grass is greener" is alive and kicking in our minds whether we consciously recognize it or not. We constantly covet, stare, snatch, reject, and pine after the "stuff" that we think makes "other people" happy. But what makes YOU happy?

In reality, our perception is skewed. In reality, our lives are a sum of the things we aren't, are, put on, and hope to be. I want to stop grabbing at a rich man's dream, and start making my perceptions of Jesus, my reality.

I've been putting up various new songs I've recorded at the studio on my myspace page. If you're at all interested, you can go and hear the progress I am making on my next cd. The song I recorded called "Carry Me" isn't up anymore. I replaced it with two songs called "Broken" and "Rita's Song".

Well, I am officially beginning a new CD this week! I am so excited to record the new songs I have written. I feel like they all truly capture the major changes and transitions that have occurred in my life this past year. I am hoping to call upon the musical talents of my good friends, similar to the last CD, so that it is as fun to listen to as possible. Stay tuned for more details...

Hey, I have been really enjoying my Summer. It has been full of worship and camp and kids! Most of my weekends are spent playing with the band at church and hanging out with kids. My favorite part of Summer is camp. I love seeing what the Lord does in kids' hearts and watching them worship and grow closer to Him.

I am brainstorming on new arrangements for the next CD project. It should be really fun. Keep watching and checking in for more updates.
